Appliance Brands We Service

Twelve major brands, serviced independently across five states. Each brand page covers the faults we see most, parts availability and what a completed repair typically costs.

Which appliance brands do you repair?

Our technicians service Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Bosch, Maytag, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Sub-Zero, Viking, Kenmore and Amana, along with most other brands. We are an independent repair company rather than an authorised agent of any manufacturer. Call (844) 578-2720 with your model number and we will confirm it.

Why the model number matters more than the badge

Manufacturers revise designs mid-production without changing the model name, so two appliances that look identical can take different parts. Kenmore makes the point most clearly: those units are built by several different manufacturers, and the three-digit prefix on the model number is what determines which parts actually fit.

That is why the dispatcher asks for your model and serial number when you book. The plate is usually inside the door frame, behind a lower drawer or on the rear panel. Photographing it before you call lets the technician check fitment in advance and carry the right part rather than ordering it after the first visit.

Questions about brands and parts

Are you an authorised service centre for these brands?

No. We are an independent appliance repair company and not an authorised agent of any manufacturer listed here. We service these brands and source parts accordingly. If your appliance is still inside the manufacturer warranty, check that first, because a brand visit may cost you nothing.

Does repair cost vary by brand?

Pricing follows the same flat-rate schedule regardless of brand. What varies is part cost and availability. Premium and built-in units from Sub-Zero, Viking and KitchenAid use brand-specific components that can sit above the standard band, and the technician says so before you commit.

What if my brand is not listed?

Call anyway. These twelve brands cover the large majority of what we attend, but our technicians work on most others too. The dispatcher will confirm whether we service yours, and whether replacement parts are realistically obtainable for that model, before anyone is sent out to you.

Why does the model number matter so much?

Because manufacturers revise designs mid-production without changing the model name, so two apparently identical appliances can take different parts. The plate is usually inside the door frame, behind a drawer or on the rear panel. Photographing it before you call speeds up the whole visit.

Can you work on built-in and premium appliances?

Yes. Built-in refrigeration, wall ovens and pro-style ranges are all within scope. These need the exact model and serial number, and brand-specific components can carry longer lead times than standard freestanding appliances. Sealed-system work is handled only by EPA Section 608 certified technicians.

Do you use genuine manufacturer parts?

Where the design requires it, yes, and on brands with tight tolerances such as Bosch it genuinely matters. Elsewhere a quality equivalent part performs identically for less. The technician tells you which is being fitted and what the difference is before you approve the work.

All brand names and trademarks on this page remain the property of their respective owners. We are an independent appliance repair company and are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any of the manufacturers listed. Brand names appear here only to describe the appliances our technicians service.
