Flat-rate pricing
Pricing and How It Works
Flat rate, not hourly. A refundable service call covers the diagnosis, then one price covering parts and labor, agreed before anything is dismantled.
How does your appliance repair pricing work?
A service call of $69 to $89 covers travel and the diagnosis, and it is waived when you approve the repair. You then get one flat price covering parts and labor, agreed before work starts. Call (844) 578-2720 for your band.

The four stages of every job
You call, we quote a band
The dispatcher confirms coverage for your ZIP code and gives you the published price band for your appliance and market. Nothing is charged to book.
Technician diagnoses on site
The service call covers travel and the diagnosis. The technician identifies the actual fault and explains it in plain language before mentioning any price.
You get one flat price
A single figure covering parts and labor. Not an estimate, not an hourly rate. Nothing is dismantled until you have accepted it.
Work, then payment
The repair is carried out and you pay on completion at the figure you agreed. The service call is waived, so an approved job costs only the repair price.
What the flat price includes
Included
- Travel to your address within our coverage area
- Full on-site diagnosis of the reported fault
- A written flat-rate quote before any work begins
- Parts and labor for the repair you approved
- Removal of the replaced part and tidy-up
Quoted separately or not offered
- A second unrelated fault found during the visit, which is quoted separately
- Parts that must be ordered, where the fit happens on a return visit at no extra labor charge
- After-hours emergency dispatch, which carries a higher service call stated before dispatch
- Household plumbing or electrical faults outside the appliance, which need a plumber or electrician
- Appliance installation, removal or disposal, which we do not offer
- Work on an appliance a technician judges unsafe to operate until other work is done

Why we publish numbers at all
Most repair companies will not put figures on a website, and the reason is understandable: a band is not a quote, and someone always treats it as one. We publish them anyway, because a band tells you something genuinely useful before anyone visits.
It tells you whether a repair is worth pursuing at all. If your eleven-year-old dishwasher needs a circulation motor, you can see that figure against the price of a new machine and make the call before paying for a visit. That is information you should have.

Questions about pricing
What is the service call and is it refundable?
It covers travel to your address and the on-site diagnosis, and it ranges from $69 to $89 by market. It is waived entirely once you approve the repair, so an approved job costs only the quoted repair price. Decline, and you pay the service call alone.
Why not offer a free diagnosis?
Because a free diagnosis is rarely free; the cost is usually recovered inside a higher repair price where you cannot see it. A refundable service call shows you both numbers, which means you can compare companies honestly and walk away without having paid for work you did not want.
Is flat rate really better than hourly?
For you, yes, and the reason is structural. An hourly meter rewards a slow job and leaves you carrying the risk if a repair turns awkward. A flat price covering parts and labor is agreed before work starts and does not move, so that risk sits with us.
Will the price change once work starts?
No. The flat price you approve is the price on the invoice. If the technician discovers a second unrelated fault, that is quoted separately and you can decline it. What never happens is the original figure quietly increasing because the job took longer than expected.
Why does pricing vary by city?
Labor rates and part logistics differ by market. Major metros sit at the top of each band, mid-size cities in the middle and smaller cities at the bottom. Every city page shows the tier that applies to that specific market rather than a national average.
Do I pay a deposit?
No. There is no deposit and no booking fee of any kind. Payment is taken on completion of the work you actually approved, never in advance of it. The technician confirms which payment methods are accepted at the point of quoting you the flat price.
What if the appliance cannot be repaired?
If it is beyond economic repair the technician tells you so and explains why, usually by comparing the part cost against the appliance age. You pay the service call for the diagnosis and nothing more. We do not sell appliances, so there is no incentive to push you toward replacing.
Do premium and built-in appliances cost more?
The labor schedule is identical, but brand-specific parts for built-in refrigeration, wall ovens and pro-style ranges cost more and can carry longer lead times. Those repairs can sit above the standard band, and the technician says so on site before you commit to anything.
Stop guessing what the repair will cost.
Price bands are published on this site and the exact flat figure is confirmed on site after diagnosis. There is no hourly meter running and no surprise line on the invoice. Phone now, describe the symptom, and get a straight answer about the likely cost.
