What these repairs cost

Pricing is flat rate rather than hourly. After the diagnosis you are given one number covering parts and labor, and that number is what you pay. The service call covers travel and the diagnosis itself, and it is waived as soon as you approve the repair.

National mid-market ranges. Major metros sit at the top of each band and smaller cities at the bottom.
RepairTypical range
Service call and diagnosis$79
Refrigerator repair$160 to $450

Typical completed-repair ranges including parts and labor; your technician confirms the exact price on site before any work begins.

Questions about our services

Which appliances do you repair?

Ten categories cover almost every call we take: refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dryers, ovens and ranges, cooktops, dishwashers, microwaves, ice makers and garbage disposals. Each has its own page explaining the common faults, the parts involved and the typical price band.

How do I know which service I need?

Pick by appliance if you know what has failed, or start from a symptom in our problem guides if you do not. If neither is obvious, call and describe what is happening. The dispatcher will tell you which service it falls under and roughly what band it sits in.

Do you charge a different rate per appliance?

Pricing is flat rate per repair rather than per appliance type, and the figure depends on the component that failed and how accessible it is. The ranges on each service page reflect that. A service call covers the diagnosis and is waived when you approve the repair.

Can one visit cover two appliances?

Yes, and it usually saves you a service call. Mention both when you book so the dispatcher allocates enough time and the technician brings parts for each. Each repair is quoted as its own flat price, and you can approve one without the other.

Are all ten services available everywhere you operate?

Yes. All ten services are available across the 60 cities and 2,438 ZIP codes we cover in Florida, California, Illinois, New York and Texas. Arrival windows and same-day availability vary by ZIP code and by day rather than by service type.

Do you install new appliances as well as repair them?

Our focus is repair rather than installation or sales. If a diagnosis shows the appliance is beyond economic repair, the technician will tell you plainly and explain why, and you pay only the service call. We do not earn anything from recommending a replacement.

Urgent fault? Say so when you call.

Actively leaking appliances, thawing freezers and anything producing a burning smell are moved ahead of routine bookings wherever a technician is working nearby. Tell the dispatcher what is happening and how long it has been happening, and you will be triaged accordingly.
